2. Replacement of Goods and Shipping: Candy Central will replace goods that have been damaged through processing in our warehouse, on our error. Because of the FDA restrictions, we cannot accept returns of candy. We are also not responsible for an ordering error on the customer’s part. During the summer months, we HIGHLY recommend upgrading to 3 Day Select shipping (how long our ice packs last). You will be notified if your package is recommended for an upgrade and contains items prone to melting. Should you choose not to upgrade we WILL NOT be responsible for melted candy. We also WILL NOT be responsible for lost, late, or damaged deliveries by UPS and we will work with you on filing a claim on these items if notified within 24 hours of the problem occurring.

3. Using the website: When setting up an account with Candy Central, you are responsible for keeping your ‘My Account’ login information confidential. We at Candy Central will not share any information you provide us with to any third party. You will be sent a conformation email for you records.
