Refund Policy
Consolidated Service Distributors strives to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately due to health laws and FDA requirements, we cannot accept returns of food products. If your order was not filled correctly by our dedicated warehouse team, we will of course re-ship the items you ordered at our expense.
Shipping Policy
Consolidated Service Distributors agrees to ship the package via the customer-specified shipping method. The shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed. If a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as overnight or 2nd day shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund.
During summer months or the locale to which you are shipping where heat can affect chocolate or other perishable foods, please do not choose ground shipping as we cannot be responsible for heat damage. We prefer not to ship chocolate during this time, but if you must, we will; BUT it will be at the buyer's risk!

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the items in the Kosher product category. We realize that there are many different Kosher certifications. Please be advised that manufacturers will from time-to-time change the packaging and/or other aspects of the product without notice. We work very hard to keep the website photographs current however there may be slight variations. If you are purchasing a product for a very specific purpose where minor changes will not be acceptable, please give us a call first just to confirm that the photo is current.
