Can I place an order by phone and pay with credit card?
No, because of information security we do not accept orders by phone. We at Candy Central would like to ensure security of information and only accept and process orders online through our secure servers.

Can I pay with money order or check?
You may pay with an eCheck through Paypal. You must have an account with Candy Central and follow the instructions for eCheck on Paypal. It takes 3 to 5 business days like a paper check for the money to appear in your account. This would involve linking you bank account with Paypal; we will receive payment, but will not see your bank account information. We do not accept money orders.

Is there sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is based on New Jersey Sales Tax.

How will I know if my account is active?
You will receive a confirmation email with your information for your records.

Is all of your candy in-stock?
We operate to keep an in-stock facility. However we do order from manufacturers and vendors, so there can be a discrepancy when waiting for shipments to be delivered to our distribution facility and may temporarily be short of a product.

Will the products be as pictured?
THERE IS A CHANCE PICTURES COULD DIFFER FROM WHAT YOU RECEIVE. Manufacturers can alter packaging. If you need a specific number or color of an item, please call and check to make sure it will be correct.
